ITINERARY
DAY 01: Cusco road to Chinchero
The output of Cusco is at 9:00 AM, start our journey on horseback, riding 3 hours to the mountain Senqa (3,800 masl. Or 12,543 ft) where we will have the lunch, afternoon, we will continue to Chinchero passing through the various neighboring towns (Inca archaeological site), arriving at approximately 4:00 PM Piuray lagoon. Night camping.
DAY 02: road Chinchero - Cusco
After breakfast visit the archaeological complex of Chinchero to then continue our ride return for approximately 4 hours to rest and lunch place in the way we pass through villages, also we have beautiful views of the valley and snowcapped mountains.
After the tour, we return to Cusco, arriving at approximately 4:30 PM. End of tour.
What includes:
- Professional Spanish / English guide.
- All meals (except breakfast the first day).
- Rooms in the house on the edge of the lake.
- Private round trip transportation.
- Helmets, horses.
- First aid kit.
We recommend you bring:
- Warm clothes (hat, scarf, gloves).

Horseback riding from 3 to 4 hours in which you will have a professional guide to visit the famous Inca ceremonial site, the Temple of the Moon, Chacan Mountain, and travel on Inca roads. Departures from 9:00 am and 1:00 pm.

The Temple of the Moon
Inca temple. It dates from the Imperial Inca period (1438-1532), built and carved on a rock, in the interior and also exterior (upper) part, ceremonies and/or rituals dedicated mainly to the Moon were practiced (You can see a figure of the Moon carved in high and low relief) and other deities such as Pachamama.
Chacan Mountain
